We can all sing your praises, and thank you for so graciously accepting when someone has a sliver of doubt. I know that for me, I'd be a bit leery of doing business with you after seeing how you react to being questioned. Often times for me, it's not actually what happens that determines the character of a person....it's how they react to what happens.
