It depends on how you look at it. If you're looking at this as an inexpensive way to get a purebred, then yes, it's a good price.
But if you're looking at this as an adoption, then it's high.
Yes, Biewers can get up in the high numbers, so $500 isn't bad...if the seller is trying to "recoup their loses."
But if I legitimately have to rehome my baby, I would be looking for a good home and not ask for much, if I ask for anything.
