He is still weak but he walked and went to his water bowl all by himself today considering we've been syringe feeding him water it means that he is gaining a little bit of strength.
In your honest opinion if he makes it should i pick him up at 12 weeks or should I wait longer at this point like 13-15 weeks. Even though he will never be left alone (I have a big family someone will always be home to watch him) he's still so little. |
Oh I so hope he will be ok. We had a puppy in YHR like him....he was taken to my vet a few times by the owner..each time he was worse...seizing. She finally surrendered him. His foster mom fed him every two hours around the clock and he ended up just fine and now has been adopted and is a healthy boy! I really had grave concerns about him surviving at first...he was scary. I think he was actually 14 weeks at that time. I would leave Joey as long as he needs...just play it by ear.
