Actually, my central air is set on 75 but my window unit in my bedroom is set on 64 (the lowest setting it has-and since the unit is bigger than needed for the room, it gets there quite easily!)
I usually sleep during the day and work nights, so I like to sleep cool, even in the heat of summer.
