I know you feel very exhausted with the whole thing and depressed about the possible bad outcome for Joey. But he is a fighter and he is still alive. She must get him to a vet or she can be accused of effectively killing the pup by negligence and animal cruelty. Do not give up on coercing her to get to the vet now. I would be blunt with her and tell her that if he dies it is her fault and hers alone. Surely she feels some compassion for the innocent commodities called pups that she is marketing?? Does she know that her business could be wrecked if all this got out?? My would I like to give her a piece of my mind!
Tired as you are, do not give up. If she gets away with this she will never change, so you are saving others from your horrible experience. So for
Joey's sake keep fighting as this is a war you can and will win.

That's what is keeping me going the little glimmer of hope that maybe just maybe he could make it. I'm so sad and depressed right now I just want him to pull through. If I had the money I would have kept him at the hospital as much as he needed I saved up for all his vaccines and some more before I got him but these hospitalizations were so unexpected. I ended up spending more on his care then I did on the price for him.
