Honestly, if all she is doing is watching him die, I would march right back to her home and get him myself even if it was to just take him and put him to sleep humanely. RIght now, you are STILL the rightful owner of him...you have proof of payment!!! This story is really really getting to me now. What kind of person IS SHE??????
