Oh my goodness. She is a piece of work. In my state, based on income, you can get free legal counseling. Is that available in Florida? She is making excuses and trying to place the blame on you. She isn't wanting to stand behind her health guarantee. I do hope you post a review and get her name out to the public once this is over with. She shouldn't be a breeder.
I would want his body too if he passes. Talk to your regular vet. Maybe they can tell you where to go to have one done.
I would care about her giving the money back. She sold you an underage sick pup. So she DID do something wrong. I know you are exhausted but you might be up against a fight with her. Don't give up. You might save someone the same heartache you and Joey are experiencing.
