No, she is sensitive to new noises, but that doesn't seem to be a trigger. Keeping a journal is an excellent idea. I'll start doing that immediately. You are her security. Her safety net. I think time will be the healing for her. I think they adjust to their new life; however, I'm not sure they ever completely forget what they have been though.
