I copied some lines from the contract. Would I be able to use this against her?

7. This guarantee does not cover illnesses contracted after the Buyer takes possession of the animal or injuries due to falls or other physical harm. Never leave the puppy unattended on a couch, table, or bed. Be careful closing doors. Be very careful where you step.

9.A veterinary finding of intestinal or external parasites is not grounds for declaring a dog unfit unless the animal is critically ill because of that condition. Information regarding hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) will be provided therefore the Seller will not be accountable should that occur.

The Seller guarantees the puppy for 1 year from the date of sale against hereditary and congenital disorders that may interfere with the animal’s ability to lead a normal life. If, within 1 year, following the date of sale of the animal, a licensed veterinarian of the Buyer’s choosing certifies in writing that the animal has a life-threatening, congenital or hereditary disorder the Buyer has the right to return the animal for a full refund of the purchase price excluding veterinary costs related to the diagnosis and excluding shipping costs associated with the return. Euthanasia of the dog without the Seller’s prior knowledge or consent voids this guarantee.
