We too prefer the step-in harnesses (Harry has a couple of Choke Free's - excellent!!) and they truly have saved his life....

We were on a boat last summer, and I jumped out to tie it up. Harry decided to follow me.... Thank goodness he had his harness on, with his long training lead attached. Andy was able to haul him up by it all, else he would have got squashed between the boat and the pontoon
