Default Is this normal???

I am a fairly new 'momma' to an almost 7 yr. old Yorkie. She is a sweetheart in so many ways, however I am somewhat confused about some of her habits, such as constantly licking her paws. Is this allergies? Or something all Yorkies do? I do not recall any of my previous pets ever doing this. Also, she has begun to bark at everything. She goes to the front door sniffs around and then continues barking.

So I open the door to let her out and right away she wants to come back in. Is this again a habit that Yorkies do because of their genetic make-up?

The other situation is her being a 'picky' eater. My fault. I had boiled some chicken and added about a tablespoon to her dry food and now she will not eat much of her 'dog food' unless I add some chicken to it. My fault.

Any answers for her and me? Thank you.
