Thanks every one! I too am so, so grateful nothing terrible happened. I learned my lesson, that's for sure! As far as her and my hubby, I'm not gunna push her or rush her. She'll see in time that he is pretty predictable lol. Hes also going to start giving her treats every time he comes home from work, so she'll associate his presence with food and fun!

It's my first gun ever, a Smith and Wesson 411. I really like it. It was a pain purchasing it though, Cali is pretty strict. I bought it for home protection purposes, but really love to go shooting so I want to invest in something cheaper ammo wise. I'd also like my next one to be a revolver. Those are just cool
