You poor thing, what a horrible and scary situation you are in with your young baby. Of course you have done everything you can for him and want him to survive. You want to try and save him whatever the cost, but I can see that if you do not have the funds that does not seem to be an option.
What I do not understand is why the breeder is not taking financial responsibility for his treatment at the vet? He is only ten weeks old!! You say you have done everything right for this baby and not exposed him to danger outside your home, so is it not likely that the tiny pup was sick when he left the breeder? I feel this pup should be taken care of in all respects by the breeder and the financial and care burden should be hers. Perhaps others will be better able to comment on this point?
I cannot help on where you might get vet help in your area, but is there a rescue who might assist?
