I'm sure this has been around YT a few times before, but
Dog Food Reviews and Ratings | Dog Food Advisor really opened my eyes to the world of "dog food".
I also checked out
and a few other vids about what really goes into dog food (dead zoo animals, dead dogs/cats/snakes, diseased, drugged, road kill, rotted intestinal organs, chicken/fish heads etc) can all be classified as "meat by-products".
The more I read, the more sick to my stomach I got knowing that I've been feeding Daisy this rotted chemical laden mush for over three years.
She normally eats Iams, with an occasional can of Cesar, but when I read about that garbage, she's coming off of all of it.
I'm making a special trip to the pet store tomorrow to get her some real food....
Those pet food companies sure have some of us fooled.
