Purina Healthy Morsels is only rated one star, so that's a bad one. On the bright side, things can only get better if you switch to Blue Buffalo. As far as the wetness around the eyes goes, I think that's natural and not related to diet, but if you see an improvement when you change food, more power to you! For the wetness around the eyes, you should gently wipe that away with a moist hand towel each day.
