We have a male that wasn't neutered until we got him at 1 1/2 years of age. He still marks and dribbles when he pees! We had a male pom for 12 years and he did the same thing......maybe it is just that male tend to do this. I prefer females as they are less likely to do this. I really don't have any answers for you!
