I'd try the belly band, but then gradually increase the amount of time between potty breaks, maybe 5 minutes at a time, and take him out anyway, even if he goes in the belly band. Some dogs learn to dislike the feel of a wet belly band and will stop peeing in it. Also give a food reward when he does it right, along with a ton of praise. |
