They definitely seem like a TON of work, I would be so scared to have a tiny!! Luma is a little less than 7lb. LOL. Rosie is teeny (to me) 2.3 lbs @ 19 weeks old. I'm not 100% sure a "Tinies Club" would be promoting a positive image about the Yorkshire Terrier though, its bad enough with all the breeders breeding them on purpose...selling them as teacups and charging them 3x and 4x what a reputable show breeder would charge! Ridiculous
And it will keep happening because people perpetuate how cool it is to own a small dog. They are cute, yes, but it takes a very special person to provide the kind of care those wee little ones require!! Phew! I could not do it, that's for sure.
How about calling it
"Tinies against Teacups"??
