I can't stress enough that I completely discourage them having more puppies. She told me this evening they plan to give away the momma after the puppies are gone. As sad as it makes me that someone would just "give away" their family member, I have a sense of relief. I will likely consider taking her from them. She's a sweet, sweet girl. |
You're doing the best you can in this situation, and I'm glad you have a vet tech neighbor who can help you out. I'm angry with the poor quality of response that your plea for help has received, and I hope and pray that you receive the help you need to get you and the puppies through this trying situation.
