Well, it seems that your are doing the right things for this tiny baby....keeping him warm, hydrated and nourished as best you can. But this tiny needs professional help if he is to survive. There is not much anyone here can advise what else to do without examining the baby. You say your relatives will not see a vet, so it looks like the poor little mite will have to struggle on without professional help and possibly die from malnutrition, or something else. The fact that your relative continues to breed pups without the necessary support of vet help is scary and I hope you will do what you can to stop this. I do not wish to offend you, but YT's aim is to improve the breed and help others to do so too. Please try and do your best to help this tiny pup by getting him seen ASAP.
