This sentence JUST hit me, right between the eyes!!! Apparently, these people did not learn one thing from their FIRST irresponsible breeding adventure, so they repeated their poor choice......I wonder how many babies they will loose before they learn even the bare basics of breeding....or are they just going to "wing it" forever.
