He is just a puppy and is curious and rambuncious and chases the cat.
When he becomes an adult he will quit that and they will cohabitate peacefully. I have 5 cats all that were born and kittens in our household when our yorkies were adults and they dont chase them unless they have done something that gets the my one yorkie Jewels going like when the cats fight amongst themselves. The yorkies dont cuddle with them but they do look out for them and will bark and let me know if they need in they will also bark if a stray cat is in the yard especially if one of our cats are in the yard so they kinda keep them safe from other cats. My Jewels is the enforcer of the cats and will let them know if they get out of line. Just give it some time and you will have peace with your yorkie and your cat |
