My pup is 13 weeks old and she's the same way.. I have to wait until she gets all of her energy out before I try and pick her up, she'll wiggle too and be snappy. This breed is surely very different from any other.. Sometimes that is a good thing an other times not so much. I just try to discipline her with fairly loud No's or No bites. She's getting better and now she actually understands that I'm the mom or boss, not her lol. I brought her home at a very young age as well, but I will say that it does get easier. They do get smarter and finally start to understand what they can & cannot do. I actually use a time out method that works very well for me. Just repeat ur self & ur methods an eventually they will start to understand, good luck
