It's true that when some people see a little dog wandering, they do try to take them home and find it's owner......
At my job, one of my workers (I'm the Supervisor
) found a male Yorkie walking on the streets of Philadelphia. You could tell he was a lost pet, he was very well taken care of, in great health, but unforunately.....no tags. My staff did everything she could to find his owners (putting signs up, taking out an ad in the Philly Daily News, etc...), but never found them. Fortunately, my staff is an amazing woman and has now made "Blessing" a new family member.
