True, it looks like she might be a broker. If the puppies were separated from their mother, I'd definitely ask at what age that was done. The main thing I see in her favor is that she looks like she is bending over backwards to give a health guarantee (for 1 year against genetic defects) and 24/7 puppy health support. It puzzles me why a broker would do that and how they can make a health guarantee if they don't know anything about the lineage. She says the puppies are pedigreed, but doesn't mention with which organization. I see red flags, but I don't see it as hopeless.
