I switched mine recently to Fromm Surf & Turf & really wanted them to do well on it, but it didn't work out for us. I'm not sure what ingredient didn't agree w/them, but their poopie was on the soft side & they itched a lot (could be environmental, so I can't blame the food). We switched back to Canine Caviar Wilderness (grain fee venison, no potato) & they all have nice firm poopies again!  It was probably the bz ingredient in Fromm that mine couldn't handle unfortunately, love the company but it didn't work out for us. |
I like alfalfa on my sandwiches and salads too.
We tried the Fromm Surf & Turf and it didn't agree with my boys either. So we went back to the Chicken a la veg. Strangely, my guys can't handle the grain free foods.
