I'm getting worried about this jury making a decision. I believe they should have included life without the possibility of prole. It would have been a good compromise for the jurors.

I wonder if the victim was a woman, seeing all the pics of her stab wounds and throat cut and a man was the perpetrator if this jury would be taking this long to decide on a penalty? I doubt it.

If the jurors holding out for life are deciding on this only because of some moral conflict they should be asked to be excused and another juror should be brought in instead of having a hung jury.
