I would like some opinions on these brands of dog food...

Fromm
Earthborn Holistic

I am seriously considering a switch in dog foods. I am presently feeding Blue Buffalo Freedom. Even though, they are growing, healthy for the most part, I continue to have issues with itching and dry, flaky skin. I have had them to the vets and a skin sample was taken. They did not find any thing in the sample. I give them coconut oil supplement daily and they still have itching. I don't think it is the shampoo/conditioner as they are better after a bath. It can't be the weather as it has been raining for weeks! The only thing left is their food!
I am looking for a potato free food & one without chicken as the protein....basically a limited ingredient food. Oh and the kibble needs to be small....one is only 2 lbs.

Any opinions and input is appreciated......Thank you all for the support!
