I am not talking about hard impact. If you take a really good look at the hardware on the cheap leashes and collars and compare them to the good ones you will see the difference. That's ALL I was trying to share here....I never realized until that happened to me and I am sharing so that people are aware. That leash had had NO impact whatsoever..and when I really looked, it was cheap...it just had not occurred to me.
Sure, for practice I suppose it won't hurt...just felt I should share because honestly I think most would not know as I did not. I have never had a good collar or leash snap...not saying it could not happen, but I think it would take a LOT and my pups are not being drug through a war zone.
