Welcome to Yorkie Talk. I'm sorry your little one is sick. I agree with everyone above about seeing an internal medicine specialist.
I don't have personal experience with liver issues, but I believe 50 is high for a post BAT. One of the many possibilities is that your boy has MVD.
Seizures, confusion, stomach problems -- can be liver. Definitely need a specialist to determine what is going on.
