We'd need to know what test, specifically, these numbers are related to. And what the pre/post numbers are. This doesn't sound like an ACTH test to me, given the numbers you're using here...bc there is no way a post-test result could be at those levels you're quoting. So, I can't tell you what a 'bad count' would be without knowing first what the actual test is -- all tests have different 'bad counts'.
The main tests done for Cushings are the screen which is a Cortisol-Creatinine Ratio Urine test, then the ACTH Stim, and the LDDS test. Beyond those tests, you have other Cushings tests available at the U of Tennessee.
