Usually it's open already - lol, but my dad had to get a new liner, so it was a process of getting it emptied out, old liner out, new liner in, water back in. lol. He text me and actually said they're doing it today. It was very pricey too!
which is why he was holding off for a bit.

Thank you! I think I will do this.
I woke up this morning and at first, I was all YAY because I did not see any green stuff at all. Once we got up and moving, and I put his leash on to go potty, I noticed a bit coming out of his left eye, but not as much, so I think it's just getting out whatever is left.
Hopefully within 3 days, they will be 100% *crosses fingers*
The redness definitely went away though!
