Last summer we had an extended period of time when the temps were in the high 90's. I would take Gracie on her walks in the early morning before it got too hot and then again in the evening after things had cooled down quite a bit. She really needs her walks so we had to rearrange our waking times. We do go to an area where there are trails and a lot of trees so that helps a lot, too.
Your poor little guy might still have sore feet. I hope he feels better today. |
