I would recommend the Buddy Belt or Puppia. I have both but love my BB most! Puppia has velcro and is not adjustable for growth. BB's have adjustable holes and a large variety of colors, textures & added bling. My girls are tiny....1 is only 2 lbs and the other is now almost 4 lbs and they wear them all the time when we go out for walks. They are comfortable, safe without fear of slipping out or coming loose and work great for dogs with longer hair. I bought mine through Maximo.....service was awesome and the quality is fantastic!
