I gave him Nutrical but he wouldn't eat it I was able to get about the size of my pinky finger nail into his mouth. So far hes really quiet and just rolls up and lays down next to me.

You can try mixing Royal Canin Starting Mousse, it's wet food, you can just mix a little bit with dry kibble just to get him to eat a little. I also have a 9 week old and He goes crazy for this mousse, then he starts eating the kibble. It takes a couple of days for them to adjust, give him time and also dont forget Nutri-cal.
