Beneful is a very low grade food that does have flavor enhancers in it. Last I looked at it they had also put a form of sugar in it to get dogs to like it. Maybe look for a better grade of can food if that is the only way you can get him to eat.

He's 9 weeks old. And I don't plan to feed beneful I will be feeding him Royal Canin Mini Puppy.
