Ok I have a question and I think this area would be the best to post it. How hard is it to make a collar? How do you do it? I am very picky in collars for Callie it can't be wider then 3/8" and because she is a bigger Yorkie its hard to find that width in one that's like for a 13" neck. Even on etsy the choices are very limited. I noticed lots of cute ribbon in 3/8" and was just really curious if I could make some of not and how. Any help or suggestions would be great. I also do not ever hook a leash to Callie's collar only to her harness the collar is just for tags.
