I'll ask my vet if he can do it when Bella gets her shots 2 1/2 hours from now. They don't do cosmetic grooming, but they do nail trimming, so maybe they'd be willing to do a "sanitary cut." I know I could do it myself, but for some reason, Bella behaves much better for other people than she does for me. I think she knows I'm a softie...
