Will a neutered adult (4-year-old) male Yorkie still try to mount a female dog? I don't know if the female has been neutered.

Do males do this, even neutered males who were neutered "late?"

I am told he also lifts his legs to urinate and supposedly doesn't "mark territory" inside, but does outside.

Does this sound reasonable? I don't know that much about males!
