I'd get this kiddo to a vet asap - he has something wrong with his skin. It could be an infection, mites/mange, yeast infection, other fungus or even something systemic. The vet should do a skin scrape, and if it were me I'd want basic blood work done him too...and maybe even a thyroid panel bc of the fur loss.
