I too would get a vet check and x-rays and probably keep him on mild activity over the next two weeks, even if the vet doesn't find anything. He could have strained it and it's bled/swelled some but just not enough to show with a limp or signs of pain. You know dogs often hide injuries/pain when they can and vets often miss things just like our own doctors miss things. After a two week interval, whether or not he played Frisbee again would depend on what his x-rays showed and what the vet said.
