Default OUCH Wallee pulled a leg muscle

We were just out back playing soft frisbee with Wallee when he jumped in the air and twisted. He went down and was limping. We could see him twist right in front of us. We felt so terribly bad seeing him limp. I immediately called my neighbor who knows first aid and she told me to bring him inside and ice it. I did for a few minutes and then he seemd to be walking more and more normally. Sure scared the heck out of us. Does this mean we are going to have to limit his choice of play or was it just a fluke? We had a neighor who had surgery on his leg and sometimes if he runs out hard he pulls it again. I sure hope that I dont have to worry about him running and having fun. He is not small (weighs just under 12 lbs). He is not a jumper at all either (wont even jump up on the couch). He loves to run outside though and we notice when he is running after a ball, he runs very low to the ground..lol. Any advice for future play? Should we skip letting him play frisbee if he is going to jump in the air like that?
