I started my lifestyle change in November. So at the point when I started the 24 day challenge last month I had the last 5lbs to lose and I did that

What I liked about the challenge I did was the first 10 days was a cleanse and instead of drinking smoothies and shakes you ate actual food but did a fiber shake in the morning. I think it's a good jump start for weight loss but nothing can substitute eating right and hard work
