Sounds like the little guy is letting everyone know his ears hurt. Perhaps an oral antibiotic would be best for him? Surely there has to be one that will work? Give the vet a call I feel for him and I know you must be freaking cuz hes not getting the meds...your doing all you can, the vet knows how he is...give them a call....
