The picture of the pup in the blue and white stripe tshirt has been on the internet for at least 3 -4 years, so I doubt he is a puppy available for purchase.
I agree with Lynzy, the eyes are photoshopped to look huge, and if they aren't . . . Yorkies with large round heads and large round eyes usually have encephalitis or some other dreadful disease. Not healthy.
