Might be some sort of rash or allergy. If she doesn't seem uncomfortable, I wouldn't worry about putting anything on it. I would still go to the vet and have him take a look. If it is related to an allergy, you can zero in on what it is. If it is a skin problem, a dermatologist might be recommended.
