Thank you for sheltering this little pup until the owners can be found. Alot of Yorkie owners don't put collars on their dogs when the dog is kept inside because of choking hazards and because Yorkies can develop collapsed trachae easily. I can't add on what more to do to try to locate the owner but agree with above post. Please take to a vet or shelter to see if a microchip can be located.
