If you are still needing some answers for food, Blue Wilderness is fine. I would feed the Toy or Small breed variety of it. Since you aren't sure how old the dog is (at that weight, he could be 6 months to years), I'd just make sure he gets about a 1/2 cup a day of the food.
He doesn't have a collar, but perhaps is microchipped. You can take him by a vet's office or a shelter to see if they can scan him. Posting on Craigslist is good but be very wary on the responders ok?
Thank you for taking care of this little guy until his owner's can be found. They are probably so worried. Also, report to this to the local shelters (even if you keep him to care for him). That way if the owners check with the shelters, they will know
