Hi everyone I have a 10 year old little guy who has these crusty places on his back. I can not figure out what they are. He has them before but they seem to be getting worse. We have had him tested and was told that it was staph but that it was not contagious. They are not red or runny just brown and hard no hair loss no signs that they even bother him just creeps me out. I don't trust any vet so I am kinda stuck. The problem didn't seem to be bad last summer just started getting bad at the beginning of winter. I hope someone might be able to help
