I think she is absolutely adorable, love her the way she is.
She does look all Yorkie to me.

Changing her name shouldn't be a problem, if she doesn't know her name now. BUT if she responds to her name now, and you still want to change it, try and find something that might sound like her current name. This is what I did with my Luci.

Bless you for adopting this girl, she looks like such a sweet heart and thes babies have so much love to give.
